Katrina began Delaware County Community College in 2009 and earned her Associate's Degree in Applied Science in May 2014. Her mother, Sadie Glover, had encouraged her to go to school for several years since she had finally earned her bachelor's degree at the young age of fifty. With the management skills used over the years working with low-income families, including seniors, Katrina utilizes her Faith & Love Center Church Family skills. Katrina has been an active member of Faith & Love Center Pentecostal Church for fifteen years. She has served in several capacities; however, her most recent role was as Ministry Leader of Hospitality and Evangelism, Outreach, and Missions.
As Sadie, Katrina's mother, became ill in late 2009, and she began to instruct Katrina of the legacy of education she held dear to her heart. Under the instruction of Sadie Glover, it was pressed on Katrina to establish SADLE, Limited. After the death of Sadie Glover in 2010, the teaching became even more transparent. Following a discussion with Ivan Crosling, her brother, SADLE, Limited (Sadie's Legacy of Education) has been established to assist with the knowledge and skills for higher education. As president of the non-profit organization, Katrina continuously strives to enhance the mission and goals of SADLE, Limited. "To serve as dedicated soldiers, inspired through the Word of God. Katrina is motivated in empowering the community by providing services and resources focused on education, community enhancement, and personal health; all inspired through the legacy of Sadie D Glover".
Today, Katrina Weekley believes one person can make a massive difference in the world. As president, she serves the Pennsylvania community and the community in Orlando, Florida, where she currently resides. Shortly after arriving in Orlando, Florida, she was accepted at Strayer University, where she continued her business administration education. Her favorite scripture verse is:
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?"
Knowing she can do all things with the help of God and that nothing will ever separate us from the love of God, Katrina will continually strive to move SADLE, Limited to its most significant potential, and the next generation….. Beyond!
